Questions? Fast answers.

Everything customers usually ask us before booking — fees, guarantees, brands and payments. Still unsure? Just call.

Yes. A standard call-out and diagnosis fee applies anywhere in Gauteng, and we confirm the exact amount when you book — no surprises at the door. If you accept our repair quote, the call-out fee is deducted from the final invoice, so diagnosis effectively becomes free.

Most weekday bookings made before midday are seen the same day, and we always give you an arrival window rather than leaving you waiting all day. On Sundays and public holidays we run an emergency-only callout service — phone rather than emailing for those.

Every repair is covered by our workmanship guarantee on labour, and each part we fit carries its own manufacturer or supplier warranty. If the identical fault returns within the guarantee period, we return, diagnose and repair at no extra charge.

All the major brands sold in South Africa: Samsung, LG, Bosch, Defy, Whirlpool, Hisense, AEG, Smeg, KIC, Kelvinator, Speed Queen and many more. If you have an older or imported model, call us — we can usually source or adapt parts.

Refrigerant circulates in a sealed system, so a fridge should never 'run out of gas'. If yours is low, it has a leak. Proper regassing means finding and repairing the leak, evacuating the system with a vacuum pump, and recharging with the correct refrigerant by weight. Beware of anyone offering a cheap top-up without a leak repair — the gas will simply escape again.

It depends on the fault and the parts required, which is exactly why we diagnose first and quote before touching anything. You approve the price in writing (or on WhatsApp) before the repair starts, and the final invoice matches the quote.

Card (debit and credit) at the door, EFT, and cash. Payment is due on completion of the repair. For EFT we accept immediate-payment proof before the technician leaves.

If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, an unauthorised repair can void it — so first check with the brand's service line. We're happy to handle out-of-warranty repairs, insurance quotes, and obsolete models the agents no longer support.

We supply parts as part of our repairs, but we don't operate a walk-in parts counter. Fitting the part ourselves is how we can guarantee the repair — a part sold over the counter can't carry the same cover.

Daily. Just arrange gate access or send us the estate's visitor registration details when you book, and let us know if there are loadshedding-related access issues in your area.

Nothing technical — just make sure the appliance is reachable, keep children and pets clear of the work area, and have your proof of any previous repair handy if the fault is a repeat. For fridges, please don't unplug them unless we ask; live symptoms make diagnosis faster.

Our honest rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than half the price of an equivalent new unit, or the appliance is past three-quarters of its expected lifespan, we'll tell you to replace it. We'd rather lose one job than a lifelong customer.
